What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we may delete:

  • Stored user content and inputs associated with your account
  • Usage data linked to your identity, where technically feasible

Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, or system integrity

Any retained data will be limited to what is legally necessary.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to all verified data deletion requests within 30 days, as required by applicable data protection laws. If additional time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.

Confirmation of Deletion

Once your request has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email that your data has been deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.
